One of the best things about working in an academic centre is working with trainees ranging from medical students to residents to fellows.
Recently I've been hosting a lot more early year medical students including first and second year students who are coming in on their first operating room experience. It's an amazing opportunity and I love being able to introduce new students to OR life!
