The American Orthopaedic Association/Canadian Orthopaedic Association North American Travelling Fellowship is just that - a once in a career opportunity to network with like minded individuals from all across North America!
This unique experience allows 5 surgeons to travel North America and connect, network, and learn from each other.
I was selected as the Canadian Orthopaedic Association representative and have been travelling for the past 3 weeks with my co-fellows:

Dr. Gabriella Ode, from the Hospital for Special Surgery
Dr. Jason Strelzow, from the University of Chicago
Dr. Eric Wagner, from Emory University
We have been to 10 of the 11 stops so far and have connected with so many like minded surgeons! I'm excited and inspired to get back to Vancouver and the University of British Columbia to continue to grow our program!
